I hate to say this about a Jane Campion movie starring Ben Whishaw but Bright Star may be one of the most boring movies I've ever watched. I can't wait for Julie Taymor's The Tempest to be finished. I bet that one will be anything but boring.

I just noticed YLE will re-air the Granada Sherlock Holmes series starting next April!
In all likelihood The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes: Shoscombe Old Place from 1991 is the first thing in which I have ever seen Mr Jude Law act. (That would be the one in which he has a part playing a young stable boy.) I must have been too young then to pay ( Read more... ) -
